1.15.1 蛇咬傷

뱀에 물린 것

Bitten by a Snake

1 中蛇咬毒昏困, 五靈脂 五錢, 雄黃 二錢半爲末, 酒調 二錢灌之, 以滓付患處卽甦. 《綱目》

뱀에게 물린 독으로 정신이 흐릿하고 노곤할 때는 오령지 5돈, 웅황 2.5돈을 가루내어 2돈씩 술에 타서 먹고, 찌꺼기를 환부에 바르면 깨어난다. 《강목》

When the body is exhausted and the mind is unclear after being bitten by a snake, grind 5 dons of Trogopterorum Faeces (五靈脂) and 2.5 dons of Realgar (雄黃) and add 2 dons of the mixture to alcohol at a time to drink. Apply the dregs on the bite to restore consciousness. 《綱目》

2 又五靈脂ㆍ雄黃ㆍ貝母ㆍ白芷等分 爲末, 熱酒調 二錢服, 亦良. 《丹心》

또, 오령지ㆍ웅황ㆍ패모ㆍ백지를 모두 같은 양으로 가루내어 뜨거운 술에 2돈씩 타서 먹어도 좋다. 《단심》

Also, mix equal amounts of Trogopterorum Faeces (五靈脂), Realgar (雄黃), Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae (貝母), and Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (白芷), grind, and add to hot liquor 2 dons at a time to take. 《丹心》

3 治蛇毒無如雄黃. 若被諸蛇咬, 取雄黃細末, 貼瘡口立效. 《綱目》

뱀독을 치료할 때는 웅황만 한 것이 없다. 여러 가지 뱀에 물렸을 때는 웅황을 곱게 가루내어 창구(瘡口)에 붙이면 곧 낫는다. 《강목》

There is nothing as effective as Realgar (雄黃) when counteracting snake venom. When bitten by all kinds of snakes, finely grind Realgar (雄黃) and apply onto the opening of a sore (瘡口) to cure. 《綱目》

4 又萵苣取汁, 和雄黃作餠子, 候乾爲末, 貼瘡口, 毒水流出, 腫痛卽消. 《綱目》

상추의 즙을 웅황에 섞어 떡을 만들고, 말려서 가루내어 창구에 붙이면 독물이 나온 뒤에 붓고 아픈 것이 사라진다. 《강목》

Mix lettuce juice and Realgar (雄黃) to make cake. Then dry, grind, and apply on the opening of a sore. The poison will seep out and then the swelling and pain will be cured. 《綱目》

5 卒被蛇傷, 白礬火上熔汁, 滴咬處立差. 無白礬, 則速作艾炷, 灸五壯良. 《綱目》

갑자기 뱀에 물렸을 때는 불에 녹인 백반즙을 물린 곳에 떨어뜨리면 곧 낫는다. 백반이 없으면 급히 쑥뜸을 만들어 뜸을 5장 뜨는 것이 좋다. 《강목》

When bitten by a snake, drop liquid Alumen (白礬) on the bite to cure. If Alumen (白礬) cannot be found, quickly make a moxa and perform moxibustion five times on the wound. 《綱目》

6 毒蛇螫欲死, 雄黃ㆍ乾薑等分 爲末, 付傷處. 《本草》

독사가 물어서 죽을 것 같을 때는 웅황ㆍ건강을 같은 양으로 가루내어 상처에 붙인다. 《본초》

If in a critical condition after being bitten by a venomous snake grind equal amounts of Realgar (雄黃) and Zingiberis Rhizoma (乾薑) and apply on the bite. 《本草》

7 中蛇毒, 眼黑口噤欲死, 蒼耳嫩葉 一握, 搗取汁, 溫酒和灌之, 滓付瘡上. 《本草》

독사에 물려 눈이 검게 되고 입을 악물며 죽을 것 같을 때는 창이의 어린 잎 1줌을 찧어 즙을 내어 따뜻한 술에 타서 먹고, 찌꺼기는 창에 붙인다. 《본초》

If the eyes turn black and the mouth clenches tight after being bitten by a venomous snake, pound a handful of young leaves of Xanthii Fructus (蒼耳) to prepare a juice. Add the juice to hot liquor to drink, and apply the dregs on the sore. 《本草》

8 又白芷末, 麥門冬湯調服, 滓付傷處. 《綱目》

또, 백지 가루를 맥문동 달인 물에 타서 먹고, 찌꺼기는 상처에 붙인다. 《강목》

Also, mix Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (白芷) powder with water decocted with Liriopis Tuber (麥門冬) and rub the dregs on the bite. 《綱目》

9 又細辛ㆍ白芷 各五錢, 雄黃 二錢, 麝香少許爲末, 每二錢, 溫酒調服. 《綱目》

세신ㆍ백지 각 5돈, 웅황 2돈, 사향 약간을 가루내어 2돈씩 따뜻한 술에 타서 먹는다. 《강목》

Grind 5 dons each of Asiasari Radix et Rhizoma (細辛) and Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (白芷), 2 dons of Realgar (雄黃), and a little bit of Moschus (麝香) and add to liquor 2 dons at a time to drink. 《綱目》

10 又貝母爲末酒調, 令病人盡量飮之, 少頃, 酒自傷處, 爲水流出, 却以滓付患處卽甦. 《綱目》

패모 가루를 술에 타서 환자에게 양껏 먹이면 조금 있다가 저절로 술이 상처에서 물로 되어 나온다. 이 때 찌꺼기를 환부에 붙이면 살아난다. 《강목》

Mix Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae (貝母) powder into liquor and make the patient drink plenty of the mixture. Soon, the liquor will change into water and emerge from the bite. Apply the dregs on the bite to revive the patient. 《綱目》

11 又白礬ㆍ甘草等分 爲末, 每二錢, 冷水調下. 《綱目》

또, 백반ㆍ감초를 같은 양으로 가루내어 2돈씩 찬물에 타서 먹는다. 《강목》

Also, grind equal amounts of Alumen (白礬) and Glycyrrhizae Radix (甘草) and add to cold water 2 dons at a time to drink. 《綱目》

12 毒蛇螫, 急以熱人尿洗出血, 次取口中唾塗之. 又以牙垽, 封傷處. 又取人屎厚付, 布裹卽消. 《丹心》

독사에 물렸을 때는 급히 뜨거운 소변으로 피가 나는 곳을 씻은 후에 입 속의 침을 바른다. 또, 이똥[牙垽]을 상처에 바른다. 또, 인분을 두텁게 붙이고 베로 감싸면 낫는다. 《단심》

When bitten by a venomous snake, quickly cleanse the area with hot urine. Apply saliva then apply plaque (牙垽) on the bite. Also, apply generous amounts of human feces and wrap with hemp cloth to cure. 《丹心》

13 急飮好醋二椀, 令毒氣不隨血走, 或淸油亦可. 《入門》

급히 좋은 식초 2사발을 마시면 독기가 혈을 따라 돌지 않게 된다. 식용유도 괜찮다. 《입문》

Quickly drink 2 bowls of fine vinegar, and the poison will not circulate the body with blood. The vinegar can be substituted with cooking oil. 《入門》

14 凡蛇毒, 取獨頭蒜, 或小蒜, 或苦苣, 或水蓼, 或豆葉, 或荏葉, 皆搗飮汁, 以滓付傷處. 《本草》

뱀독에는 외톨마늘이나 달래나 고거(苦苣)나 수료(水蓼)나 콩잎이나 깻잎을 찧어 즙을 마시고, 그 찌꺼기를 상처에 붙인다. 《본초》

To counteract snake venom, drink the juice of a single bulb of garlic, wild chive, Kitam (苦苣), Polygoni Hydropiperis Herba (水蓼), bean leaves or sesame leaves, and rub the dregs on the bite. 《本草》

15 又絲瓜根洗淨搗硏, 生酒調, 吃一醉立已. 《海上》

또, 수세미오이뿌리를 깨끗하게 씻고 찧어서 갈아 증류하지 않은 술에 타서 취하게 마시면 곧 낫는다. 《해상》

Also, thoroughly cleanse the roots of Luffa cylindrica, grind it, and add to undistilled liquor to drink. Drink until drunk and then the bite will heal. 《海上》

16 又鸛觜及脚骨, 燒灰飮服, 滓付之. 《本草》

황새의 부리나 다리뼈를 태운 재를 미음에 먹고, 찌꺼기는 붙인다. 《본초》

Add the ashes of a stork's beak or legs to thin gruel to eat, and apply the dregs on the bite. 《本草》

17 又蚯蚓, 或蝦蟆搗付之. 《本草》

지렁이나 두꺼비를 찧어서 붙인다. 《본초》

Pound worms or toads to apply on the bite. 《本草》

18 牛耳中垢, 猪耳中垢取付之. 猪齒燒灰, 付之. 《本草》

소 귓속의 때나 돼지 귓속의 때를 붙인다. 돼지 이빨을 태운 재를 붙인다. 《본초》

Obtain cows' or pigs' earwax and apply onto the bite. Apply ashes of a pig's tooth. 《本草》

19 被蛇咬人, 忌食酸物梅子, 犯之必大痛. 《綱目》

뱀에게 물렸을 때는 매실 같은 신 것을 먹지 말아야 한다. 먹으면 반드시 매우 아프게 된다. 《강목》

When bitten by a snake, refrain by eating anything sour as a plum. Eating something sour will evoke extreme pain. 《綱目》

20 蜈蚣制蛇毒, 爲末付. 《本草》

지네가 뱀독을 제압하니 가루내어 붙인다. 《본초》

Centipedes counteract snake venom. Thus grind centipedes and apply on the bite. 《本草》

21 辟蛇法, 羖羊角燒之, 蛇卽遠去. 又小袋盛雄黃帶之, 蛇遠避. 又養鵝辟蛇. 《本草》

뱀을 쫓을 때는 영양각을 태운다. 그러면 뱀이 멀리 달아난다. 또, 작은 주머니에 웅황을 채워 허리에 차고 다니면 뱀이 멀리 달아난다. 또, 거위를 기르면 뱀이 달아난다. 《본초》

When trying to chase away a snake, burn an Antelopis Cornu (羚羊角). Then the snake slithers away. Always carry Realgar (雄黃) in a small pouch attached to the waist to chase snakes away. Also, it is effective to raise a goose. 《本草》

1.15.2 蝎螫傷

전갈에게 쏘인 것

Stung by a Scorpion

1 蝎有雌雄, 雄螫痛在一處, 井泥付之. 雌者痛牽諸處, 取瓦屋溝下泥付之. 無雨時, 新水從屋上淋下取泥用. 《本草》

전갈에는 암컷과 수컷이 있다. 수컷에게 쏘이면 한 곳이 아픈데, 우물 바닥에 있는 진흙을 붙인다. 암컷에게 쏘이면 여러 곳이 아프고 당기는데, 기와집 홈통에 있는 진흙을 붙인다. 비가 오지 않을 때에는 새로 길어온 물을 지붕에 뿌린 후 진흙을 취해 쓴다. 《본초》

There are male and female scorpions. When stung by a male, a specific area hurts, and in such a case apply mud from the bottom of a well. When stung by a female, there is pain and tightness here and there. In such a case, apply mud collected from the drainpipe of a tile-roofed house. If it doesn't rain, drizzle freshly drawn water on the roof and then collect the mud. 《本草》

2 蝎螫痛不可忍, 冷水漬之, 卽不痛. 水微煖復痛, 卽易新水. 《本草》

전갈에 쏘여서 참을 수 없이 아플 때 찬물에 담그면 아프지 않다. 물이 약간 따뜻해져서 다시 아프면 찬물로 바꾼다. 《본초》

For unbearable pain caused by a scorpion sting, soaking the wound in cold water stops the pain. If the water warms up after a while and loses its efficacy, replace with cold water. 《本草》

3 蝎螫痛, 半夏(生) 一字, 雄黃 一字, 巴豆 一箇. 右同硏付之. 《綱目》

전갈에 쏘여서 아플 때는 (생)반하 1자(字), 웅황 1자(字), 파두 1개를 함께 갈아서 붙인다. 《강목》

When in pain after being stung by a scorpion, grind 2.5 puns Pinelliae Tuber (半夏) (raw), 2.5 puns Realgar (雄黃), and 1 Crotonis Semen (巴豆) together and apply on the wound. 《綱目》

4 又白礬ㆍ半夏, 爲末醋調貼之, 痛止毒出. 《得效》

백반ㆍ반하를 가루내어 식초에 개어 붙이면 통증이 멎고 독이 빠진다. 《득효》

Grind Alumen (白礬) and Pinelliae Tuber (半夏), mix them with vinegar and apply on the wound to stop the pain and counteract the poison. 《得效》

5 又驢耳中垢, 或猫屎塗之. 蜘蛛取汁付之. 又地上磨生薑塗之. 又薄荷細嚼付之. 又白礬熔汁滴傷處. 《本草》

당나귀의 귓속에 있는 때나 고양이 똥을 바른다. 거미의 즙을 취해 붙인다. 또, 생강을 땅에다 갈아서 바른다. 또, 박하를 꼭꼭 씹어서 붙인다. 또, 백반을 녹인 즙을 상처에 떨어뜨린다. 《본초》

Apply donkey earwax or cat feces. Collect spider juice and apply. Also, grind Zingiberis Rhizoma Crudus (生薑) on the floor and apply, or chew on Menthae Herba (薄荷) and apply it on the bite. Alternatively, drop liquid Alumen (白礬) onto the wound. 《本草》

1.15.3 蜈蚣咬傷

지네에게 물린 것

Bitten by a Centipede

1 蜈蚣咬人傷痛, 取蜘蛛安咬處, 當自吸毒如死而痛未止, 更易生者. 如蜘蛛死, 卽投水中救活. 《綱目》

지네에 물려서 아플 때 물린 곳에 거미를 놓으면 스스로 독을 빨아 먹고 죽은 것처럼 된다. 통증이 멎지 않으면 다시 산 것으로 바꾼다. 거미가 죽은 것 같으면 물 속에 넣어 살린다. 《강목》

When in pain after being bitten by a centipede, place a spider on the bite. Then the spider will suck the poison and become paralyzed. If the pain is not alleviated, replace the spider with another one. If the spider is paralyzed, place it in water to restore its consciousness. 《綱目》

2 蛇含草, 挼付之. 又蝸牛取汁, 滴入咬處, 又烏雞血及屎, 塗之.

사함초(蛇含草)를 비벼서 붙인다. 또, 달팽이 즙을 물린 곳에 떨어뜨린다. 또, 오골계의 피나 똥을 바른다.

Rub on Potentillae Kleinianae Herba (蛇含草), or drop snail juice on the bite. Also, the blood or feces of black bone chicken can be applied.

3 桑白皮汁, 或獨頭蒜硏塗之. 又人頭垢塗之, 不痛不痒.

상백피 즙이나 외톨마늘을 갈아서 바른다. 또, 사람의 머리에 있는 때를 바르면 아프지도 않고 가렵지도 않다.

Apply Mori Cortex (桑白皮) juice or ground a single bulb of garlic. Also, apply dirt from a person's head to stop pain and itching.

4 又淸油點燈, 取烟熏之. 又鹽湯漬之. 又黃蠟火上熔汁, 滴患處. 《本草》

또, 식용유에 불을 붙여 그 연기로 훈증한다. 또, 소금물에 담근다. 또, 불에 녹인 황랍즙을 환부에 떨어뜨린다. 《본초》

Ignite cooking oil and expose the bite to the smoke, or soak the wound in saltwater. Also, drop melted Cera Flava (黃蠟) on the bite. 《本草》

1.15.4 蜘蛛咬傷

거미에게 물린 것

Bitten by a Spider

1 蜘蛛咬人, 腹大如孕, 一身生絲, 羊乳飮之, 未幾日而平. 《本草》

거미에게 물리면 배가 임신한 것처럼 커지고 몸에서 실같은 것이 나온다. 이 때 양의 젖을 마시면 며칠이 지나지 않아 안정된다. 《본초》

When bitten by a spider, the stomach swells up as if pregnant and thread-like substances are excreted from the body. Drink milk of a sheep and the body will be stabilized in a few days. 《本草》

2 蜘蛛咬, 遍身成瘡, 取好酒, 飮令大醉, 須臾蟲於肉中小如米自出. 《本草》

거미에 물려 온몸에 창이 생겼을 때는 좋은 술을 몹시 취할 때까지 먹는다. 그러면 곧 쌀알만 한 작은 벌레가 살 속에서 저절로 나온다. 《본초》

When sores form all over the body after being bitten by a spider drink fine liquor until one gets drunk. Then small, rice-sized bugs will crawl out on their own. 《本草》

3 又靑葱葉去尖, 納蚯蚓 一條, 緊捻頭勿通氣, 候化水, 點咬處卽差. 《本草》

끝을 떼어낸 푸른 파 잎에 지렁이 1마리를 넣고 끝을 단단하게 비틀어 공기가 통하지 않게 한다. 지렁이가 물이 되면 이것을 물린 곳에 조금씩 찍어 바른다. 그러면 낫는다. 《본초》

Insert a worm in a green Welsh onion with its ends removed. Twist the ends of the Welsh onion to make it airtight. When the worm turns into liquid, apply it on the bite. Then all will be cured. 《本草》

4 蜘蛛咬人, 瘡中出絲屢有死者. 惟飮羊乳, 可制其毒. 《本草》

거미에게 물려 창 속에서 실같은 것이 나오면 죽을 수가 있다. 오직 양의 젖을 마셔야 독을 이길 수 있다. 《본초》

If thread-like substances are excreted from the sore after being bitten by a spider, it can be fatal. Only is sheep milk effective for counteracting the poison. 《本草》

5 又藍汁一1椀, 入雄黃ㆍ麝香末 各一錢和之, 細飮其汁, 幷點咬處. 有人被斑蜘蛛咬, 腫痛垂死, 得此方卽愈. 只服藍汁亦好. 《本草》

또, 쪽즙 1사발에 웅황과 사향 가루를 각 1돈씩 넣고 섞는다. 그 즙을 조금 마시고 물린 곳에 조금씩 찍어 바른다. 어떤 사람이 얼룩무늬가 있는 거미에게 물려 붓고 아파서 죽을 것 같았는데 이 방법을 써서 나았다. 쪽즙을 복용하는 것도 좋다. 《본초》

Also, mix 1 bowl of Polygonum Indigo juice with 1 dons each of Realgar (雄黃) and Moschus (麝香). Drink some of the juice and apply some on the bite. Once someone was bitten by a spotted spider and experienced spider swelling and near fatal pain but upon using this treatment method, he was cured. It is also effective to drink Polygonum Indigo juice. 《本草》

6 蜘蛛傷, 土蜂燒末, 油和付之. 又取土蜂窠土, 醋調塗之. 穴土居赤黑色者, 是蜂也. 《本草》

거미에 상했을 때는 땅벌을 태운 재를 기름에 개어 붙인다. 또, 땅벌 집에 있는 흙을 식초에 개어 바른다. 흙의 구멍에 적흑색의 벌이 사는데, 이것이 땅벌이다. 《본초》

When bitten by a spider, mix ashes of a digger wasp and oil to apply on the bite. The soil from a digger wasp's dwelling place can be mixed with vinegar as well. There are reddish black wasps living in holes in dirt, and these are digger wasps. 《本草》

7 又多取人尿, 灌瓮中, 坐浸其身, 防蛛毒入內. 《本草》

또, 사람의 소변을 많이 모아 항아리 속에 붓고 거기에 앉아서 몸을 담그면 거미의 독이 안으로 들어가는 것을 막는다. 《본초》

Collect human urine and pour it into a tub. Sit in the tub and soak the body with the urine. This prevents the spider poison from penetrating the body any further. 《本草》

8 又烏雞屎浸酒服. 又取冠血塗之. 《本草》

오골계의 똥을 술에 담갔다가 먹는다. 또, 닭 볏의 피를 바른다. 《본초》

Soak the feces of black bone chicken in alcohol and eat, or apply the blood extracted from a chicken comb. 《本草》

9 薤白或韭白搗付之. 又雄黃末付之. 又桑白皮汁塗之. 又蔓菁子硏油調付之. 又小薊汁飮之. 《本草》

해백이나 부추의 뿌리를 찧어서 붙인다. 또, 웅황 가루를 붙인다. 또, 상백피 즙을 바른다. 또, 순무의 씨를 갈아 기름에 개어 붙인다. 또, 소계의 즙을 마신다. 《본초》

Pound the roots of Allii Macrostemi Bulbus (薤白 or Allium tuberosum Rottl. ex Spreng (韭菜) and apply. Realgar (雄黃) powder can also be used. Also, apply Mori Cortex (桑白皮) juice. Grind turnip seeds and mix with oil to apply on the bite. Alternatively, drink Cephalonoplosi Herba (小薊) juice. 《本草》

1.15.5 蚯蚓傷

지렁이에게 상한 것

Injured by a Worm

1 有人中此毒, 腹大, 夜聞蚯蚓鳴於身, 有人敎用鹽水, 浸之而愈.

어떤 사람이 지렁이 독에 상하여 배가 커지고 밤에 몸에서 지렁이의 울음소리가 났다. 어떤 사람이 소금물을 쓰라고 하여 거기에 담갔더니 나았다.

Someone once was poisoned by worm poison. His abdominal area swelled up and his body made noises from inside the abdomen as if the worms were making sounds. Someone told him to soak himself in saltwater. Upon doing so, the symptoms disappeared.

2 有人跣立濕地, 中其毒, 先飮鹽湯 一盃, 次以鹽湯浸其足卽愈. 《本草》

어떤 사람이 습지에 맨발로 서 있다가 지렁이의 독에 상하였다. 먼저 소금물 1잔을 마시고 소금물에 발을 담그니 나았다. 《본초》

Someone once was poisoned by worms when he was standing in the swamp barefoot. He drank a cup of saltwater and soaked his feet in saltwater. It was all cured. 《本草》

3 蚯蚓咬, 其形如大風眉鬚皆落, 以石灰水浸身愈. 《本草》

지렁이에게 물려 대풍창처럼 눈썹과 수염이 모두 빠질 때 석회수에 몸을 담그면 낫는다. 《본초》

If the eyebrows and beard lose all hair after being bitten by a worm, soak the body in Calxwater. 《本草》

4 蚯蚓吹瘡, 雞屎付之.

지렁이에 물려 창(瘡)이 생겼을 때는 닭똥을 붙인다.

If a sore (瘡) has formed after being bitten by a worm, apply chicken feces.

5 蛐蟮咬, 鴨屎付之. 又老茶葉細末, 油調付. 蛐蟮, 卽蚯蚓也. 《綱目》

곡선(蛐蟮)에 물렸을 때는 오리똥을 붙인다. 묵은 찻잎을 곱게 가루내어 기름에 개어 붙인다. 곡선은 곧 지렁이다. 《강목》

If bitten by a Lumbricus (蛐蟮), apply duck feces. Finely grind old tea leaves and mix with oil to apply. Lumbricus is another name for worm. 《綱目》

1.15.6 蠷螋傷

그리마에게 상한 것

Injured by a Millipede

1 此蟲, 又名八角蟲. 隱於壁間, 以尿射人, 遍身生瘡如湯火傷, 烏雞翎燒灰, 雞子淸調塗之. 《綱目》

이 벌레를 팔각충(八角蟲)이라고도 한다. 벽 틈에 숨어 있다가 소변을 사람에게 쏘면 온몸에 끓는 물이나 불에 데인 것 같은 창이 생긴다. 오골계의 깃을 태운 재에 계란 흰자를 개어 바른다. 《강목》

This insect is also called an Eight Antennae Bug (八角蟲). It keeps itself hidden between the cracks on the wall and sprays humans with its urine, which causes furuncles that resembles burns from hot water or fire. Add the ashes of Gallus gallus domesticus and Brisson feathers to egg whites to apply on the wound. 《綱目》

2 蠷螋尿瘡如熱疿而大, 繞腰匝不可療. 蟲如小蜈蚣, 色靑黑長足, 取扁豆葉挼付卽差. 《本草》

그리마의 소변으로 생긴 창은 땀띠 같으나 크다. 허리를 둘러 생기면 치료할 수 없다. 이것은 작은 지네 같고 검푸르며 다리가 길다. 백편두의 잎을 비벼서 붙이면 낫는다. 《본초》

Sores caused by millipede urine resemble heart rashes but are larger in size. If the sores form around the waist, it is incurable. These resemble small centipedes, are bluish black, and have long legs. Rub on Dolichoris Semen (白扁豆) leaves to cure. 《本草》

Soak the sore in salt water and it will be cured in a few days. Also, grind Rhinocertis Cornu (犀角) and add to water to apply. Chicken feces can also be applied. Another method is to mix soil from a swallow's (胡燕) nest with lard and vinegar and apply on the wound. There are other methods. Rub on Stellariae Mediae Herba (雞腸草); add Hydrocerussitum (胡粉) to vinegar and apply on the bite; chew on a pear and apply the pear on the bite. 《本草》

1 蜂螫人, 嚼靑蒿付之.

벌에게 쏘였을 때는 청호를 씹어서 붙인다.

When stung by a bee, chew Artemisiae Annuae Herba (靑蒿) to apply.

2 又薄荷挼貼之.

또, 박하를 비벼서 붙인다.

Rub on Menthae Herba (薄荷).

3 蜂房爲末, 猪脂和付.

노봉방 가루를 돼지기름에 개어 붙인다.

Mix Vespae Nidus (露蜂房) powder with lard then apply on the sting.

4 挼芋莖擦之卽愈.

토란 줄기를 비벼서 문지르면 낫는다.

Rub on taro stems to treat.

5 醋磨雄黃塗之. 又淸油擦之.

식초에 웅황을 갈아서 바른다. 또, 식용유를 문지른다.

Grind Realgar (雄黃) and add to vinegar to apply. Also, rub on cooking oil.

6 人頭垢及鹽擦之. 又醬塗之. 又冬瓜葉挼付之. 《本草》

머리에 있는 때나 소금으로 문지른다. 또, 간장을 바른다. 또, 동과의 잎을 비벼서 붙인다. 《본초》

Rub on dirt from the hair or salt, or apply soy sauce, or rub on Benincasae Semen (冬瓜) leaves. 《本草》

Bitten by a Silkworm

1 屋上爛茅, 和醬汁硏付.

지붕에 있는 문드러진 띠를 간장에 갈아서 붙인다.

Collect decayed string on the roof, grind in soy sauce, and apply to the bite.

2 麝香, 蜜調塗之.

사향을 꿀에 개어 바른다.

Dissolve Moschus (麝香) in honey and apply.

3 苧汁飮之, 又塗之. 苧近蚕種則蚕不生. 《本草》

모시의 즙을 마시고 바른다. 모시가 누에알에 가까이 있으면 누에가 나오지 못한다. 《본초》

Apply and drink ramie juice. If placed near ramie, a silkworm cannot emerge from its egg. 《本草》

1 人爲蝸牛蟲所咬, 毒遍身者, 蓼子汁浸之卽差. 《本草》

사람이 달팽이에게 물려 독이 온몸에 퍼졌을 때 여뀌 씨의 즙에 담그면 낫는다. 《본초》

When snail poison has circulated the entire body, soak the bite in water pepper seed juice. 《本草》
